My journey to creating Clapp & Co. wasn’t a linear path. It emerged through lived experience, defining moments, and a recognition of what was missing in how true transformation unfolds.

I’ve always been drawn to both the creative and analytical. After earning my MBA, I studied design at RISD—discovering not just creative expression but an entirely new way of seeing challenges and solving problems.

In 2008 I launched my first business—a strategy and design firm. Over 15 years, I built what looked like incredible success—prestigious clients, recognition, financial rewards. But a quiet voice kept asking: Something is missing—but what? What else could I possibly do? What’s next?

This questioning sparked my journey of personal development, leading to coaching as a profession. Coaching leaders awakened a deeper purpose for me. Yet, while transformative for individuals, I found the coaching profession disconnected from high-level strategy and broader business dynamics.

I recognized creating true holistic impact required bridging these worlds—integrating personal development with strategy design, leadership development, and organizational energetics in ways the coaching profession didn’t approach.

I saw these not as separate paths, but critical dimensions of the same transformation journey. When integrated, they created something far more powerful than each operating alone.

This insight became the foundation for Clapp & Co. I created the partnership I wish existed during my own entrepreneurial path—one that integrates strategy, leadership, and energy—to turn bold vision into extraordinary reality.

My perspective continues to be shaped beyond business by extensive travel, immersion in diverse cultures, and my creative practice as a visual artist. These experiences continually remind me that extraordinary emerges when boundaries dissolve—and integration thrives.
